Victims in Credit Card Scam Win Settlement

Correction: Credit.com incorrectly identified Vistaprint as having settled a class action lawsuit regarding improper charges on consumer debit cards. Vistaprint, in fact, was not part of the settlement in question. The settlement was with Vertrue LLC and Adaptive Marketing LLC. Vistaprint was named in a class action lawsuit in Texas regarding the Vertrue membership discount programs, however, the federal judge in Texas dismissed that lawsuit upon finding that that, as a matter of law, the web pages on which the Adaptive membership discount programs were offered on Vistaprint.com were clearly written and not deceptive.

First you have counterfiters, check and bank fraud, liars, and cheats. Next, rather on top of all these, you have VistaPrint. Instead of climbing through someones window, they have figured out a way to steal without going to jail.
I fell for it as well. The VP webiste said $4.99 for 500 business cards. Going through the ordering process I noticed the price and now become $24.99. I di not complete the order but the damage was done. Since June 11th, 2011 I have received over 311 spams from VistaPrint. I have made many attepmts to get my name off the spam list, all to no avail. THey are real bad people. They have succeded in one area, they now have made a lifetime enemy. I would like to find a way to hurt them as they have me and my family with all the spamming. They are not that far, I am in berlin and they are in The Nederlands. I will devote much time thinking of way to hurt this company. I already started with my FB page and have over 570 hits on my VistaPrint blog. They need to pay for hurting people
